Made to order

Every piece is made for you after you order, by hand in New York. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Allow about 3 to 4 weeks for silver and 4 to 6 weeks for gold, plus shipping. If you need a piece by a certain date, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Finding your size

Every ring is made in any size from 3 to 13.5, including half sizes. The surest way to find yours is to have a jeweller measure your finger, or to measure a ring you already wear and love. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you get it right.

Resizing

If your ring does not fit when it arrives, we will resize it once at no charge within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to the studio, insured and tracked, is covered by you.

Shipping

Every order ships fully insured and tracked, and we send your tracking the moment the piece is on its way. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order for you, we are not able to accept returns for a change of mind. If your piece arrives faulty, or a problem appears in normal wear, we will repair or replace it. Bespoke and engraved pieces are final sale.

Materials

We work in recycled gold and silver, set with certified conflict-free diamonds and responsibly sourced gemstones.

Care

Polish gently with a soft cloth, and store it apart from other jewelry. Silver develops a natural patina with wear; a silver polishing cloth brings back its shine.
